Golden Ak Marmara Hotel Istanbul

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff, especially Ghazal, Parisa, and Om Ahmad, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to assist us with any request and made us feel valued as guests. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. We also appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and only a short distance from the city center. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the staff even made omelettes upon request. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and quality service.

Located in a convenient area, close to almost all the historical sites of the city, the hotel offers easy access to all attractions. It is also in close proximity to Syrian restaurants, providing a diverse dining experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is satisfactory, with the option to enjoy fresh fruit delivered to the room. guests are offered Turkish sweets upon departure.

The walls are thin, resulting in some noise disturbance from surrounding rooms.

During our recent visit to Istanbul, we had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Ak Marmara hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff at the reception desk, especially Ghazaleh, were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

I particularly loved the convenient location next to a tram station, which made it easy for me to explore all the historical sites. Great location, 2 min walk to tram station. Manager Barish was very cooperative, upgraded our room for free, and arranged transportation for us. Early check-in offered with free full breakfast. Staff, especially Ghazala, were polite and helpful. Lovely rooms, enjoyable Turkish breakfast. Highly recommended, will stay again!
